Terms

Searching the catalogue is free, with each car's sold price, sales count and most recent sales. A Pro membership costs $89.99 a year or $9.99 a month and adds what our pricing page lists, for as long as it is paid. We add cards over time; we do not promise a particular number of them.

Our summaries describe what similar cards have sold for. They are not an appraisal, not a valuation, and not advice about buying or selling. We are in early access and our accuracy has not yet been proven. Decisions you make with this information are yours.

When we do not have enough reliable evidence, we say so rather than show a number. That is deliberate, and it is a feature of the product.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and do not share your membership. We may end a membership that is being shared, resold, or used to copy the catalogue in bulk. If we end your membership for one of those reasons we will tell you why.

You choose yearly or monthly billing when you join, and Stripe handles it. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each year or month until you cancel. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach us. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we keep Pro on for a short grace period while that happens.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; our refunds page says when you can have your money back. We can end a membership too, and if we do it without you having broken these terms, we will refund the unused part of the year or month you paid for.

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for money you lose by acting on our summaries, and any liability we do have is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and date it. Continuing to use the service after that is how you accept the change.
