Cancellation and refunds

Go to your account page and press Manage billing. That opens Stripe's own billing page, where you can cancel. You do not need to write to us and you do not need to give a reason.

Your membership stays active until the end of the year or month you have already paid for. Your account page shows that date as Paid through. After it passes, your account goes back to Free and you are not billed again.

If you pay for a year or your yearly membership renews and you change your mind, write to us at hello@modelmarket.app within 14 days of that payment and we will refund all of it. You do not need to give a reason. Pro ends when the refund is made.

Outside those 14 days, and on monthly plans, we do not refund part of a year or month. If you cancel partway through, you keep Pro for the rest of what you paid for rather than getting part of your money back.

Two exceptions. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, you have it, and nothing here removes it. And we can always choose to refund you anyway — if something has gone wrong at our end, write to us and ask.

Stripe retries a failed payment for a few days, and your access continues for a short grace period while it does. Your account page will tell you the payment failed and until when access continues. If it is never paid, your account goes back to Free.
